How long will it take for my goods to arrive?
It's our aim to get your goods to you as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch within 1 working day and deliver within 2-3 working days after the order is confirmed. If you need an item for a specific deadline, please let us know and we will do our best to meet your schedule.
We aim to sell all items from stock, however for your convenience the availability of every item is detailed alongside the product information. If an item you order is not immediately available, we will contact you upon receipt of your order with details of an estimated delivery date.
Will I need to sign on delivery?
Deliveries normally happen Monday to Friday during working hours and may need a signature. If you know you won't be in, just give us a different delivery address – perhaps a neighbour who wouldn't mind taking delivery and signing for you. Once your order has left us, re-routing to a different address may not be possible and we may have to charge you extra if we can. Let us know as soon as you can and we'll see what we can do.
How will my goods be delivered?
All items are delivered either by our preferred courier or Royal Mail, depending on the size and weight of your order. We’ll get on and dispatch it just as soon as possible and ordinarily you will have your goods within 2-3 days. We won't contact you unless there's any issues with the order or the delivery address.
Can I collect my order in person?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer a Click & Collect service from our office.
What is your returns policy?
We hope that your order will be just what you wanted, but in case it isn't, we are happy to offer you a 15 day money-back guarantee on all goods. The goods must be returned to us, please contact us in the first instance to arrange the courier collection. You may return any unused goods with their original packaging within 15 days of the date of dispatch. Please note that it is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure they are returned to us safely & in a saleable condition.

How do I return an item?
The most cost-effective way to return goods is often to use our couriers and therefore we would ask you to simply contact us through Contact Us or telephone 01473 437511 (local rate call) and we will issue a returns code and clarify the details of the return method. Will there be a Returns collection charge?
If the return is required as a result of our error or a faulty item, there will be no collection charge.
In other circumstances, you will be required to cover the cost of returns carriage. This will be the same as the cost of delivery for the individual item(s).
If the original order consisted of multiple items and was a free delivery, if the total Order value is less than the threshold for free delivery after the value of the returned items is deducted from the original order, then we will charge for the delivery of the items that you are retaining as per the table above.
